• Account Information: Name, email address, and hashed password.
• Business Profile: Company details, trade-license information, trades and capabilities, operating emirates, capacity, and website — used for tender matching.
• Usage & Technical Data: Interactions (views, searches, scans), IP address, and browser / device information.
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Paystack; we do not store full card details.
• Communications: Support inquiries and related details.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, including tender matching, account management, billing, support, security, and service-related communications.

We use third-party AI models (provided by xAI) to classify tenders, generate matches, and create bid intelligence. Business-profile data and tender attributes may be processed by these models.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers under contractual protections:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — application hosting
• xAI — AI processing
• Paystack — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email

We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Your data may be processed outside the UAE (for example, in the US, EU, or Kenya, depending on the provider). We apply appropriate safeguards consistent with this Policy and applicable UAE law.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and compliance purposes. You may request account deletion, after which we will delete or anonymize your data except where the law requires retention.

We implement technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Under applicable UAE law, you may access, correct, update, delete, or object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact admin@wksconnector.com. Many updates can also be made directly in your account.

We use cookies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though some features may be affected if they are disabled.

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new date and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
